I checked this place out from the few reviews, but I walked out and didn’t feel safe ordering. Granted I went during a decent dinner rush so maybe it would be different if it wasn’t as busy. There’s a machine that makes the pita and there’s flour all over it at the beginning of their conveyor line. Then I watched someone grab a pita with gloves on then grab lettuce with the same gloves on. It was a lot of cross contamination going on to where I walked out. It was like a Greek food version of chipotle with less concern for contamination. I’d say be cautious if you have celiacs or higher sensitivity. Lower sensitivity you might be okay.

I saw the hearts here and got excited and came without realizing it was from one review.
Their staff is very friendly. The manager was happy to help getting us items from the back. He said their GF pita is not that great but they can clear all orders off the grill, clean it, put down foil and cook our GF pita on foil. Or we could have a bowl.
We had bowls and he got most of my daughter's items from underneath the counter. Their regular hot pita is tossed right next to the rice, so he got us rice fresh off the burner. I think he got bored with the back and forth or forgot but he used the stuff on the line in my bowl.
This is the same as chipotle. In a pinch it's a good option when there isn't anything more safe. Theres definitely risks.
Side note. Their V is for vegetarian and includes items with dairy - which I found weird.
Everything tasted great. My daughter ate safely.
