Review of Etai's at Anschutz

The staff was friendly and knowledgable. They have a separate area where they handle the gluten free orders. The cashier took my Celiac diagnosis seriously and not only marked the ticket gf but went back to the kitchen to alert the cooks as well. We had meatball sandwiches that were gf and yummy!
