WOW! That was the best Gluten Free breakfast that I've had since my diagnosis 7 years ago. I got the cheesecake french toast and it was fantastic, the gluten free bread was light and fluffy and chewy (which as we know is very rare for GF bread). All benedicts could be made gluten free as well. They noted that my dish was an allergy and I believe they took appropriate measures to avoid cross contamination.
