Happy to enjoy my first safe meal at Ethan restaurant. Ettan is proved safe for last 2 times I visited. However please we ask about fried food and shared fryer, on busy time they have shared fryer. Great ambience too. Tested chicken biryani and paneer dish with Nima with smile.

The food here is delicious and the atmosphere was really beautiful. It’s a busy spot! Our server was knowledgeable and provided suggestions for what I could enjoy from the menu. I felt very comfortable here!

Had a great experience eating Indian food after almost 3 years. The server knew what food was celiac safe. Everything that I ordered came out safe when tested with Nima. Highly recommend!!

Everything on the menu that included gluten was marked. Waiter was very knowledgeable and warned me off several other dishes where there was a risk of cross contamination (shared fryer.) The food was delicious and I had no problems but I am asymptomatic.

I got sick almost immediately after the salad and appetizer. I spent the rest of the evening in the bathroom while my husband ate the main courses by himself. Not worth it.
