I stood and watched them make my pizza and I was impressed. They wrapped the pan in foil, cleaned their hands, and use fresh tools in all steps. It’s a shared oven so CC is possible but about as good as it gets outside of a dedicated GF pizzeria.
The pizza itself was pretty good. Closer to a pan pizza style crust than most GF pizza.
