THERE IS NO DEDICATED FRYER. I ordered a burger - NO GF BUN AVAILABLE - and asked them to WIPE DOWN THE GRILL because they put buns on the same grill as their burger.

They only place I've gone without a gf bun, but I actually liked the salad they put it on. Better than being wrapped in lettuce. Very good!! But otherwise really no other gf options.

This restaurant does NOT have safe starches of any kind. The chips and all fries, and the shishito peppers too, share the fryer with the onion rings. The beet burger, their only vegetarian option with any protein in it, has breadcrumbs, which have dairy in them too. Going back to friendlier places and not coming back.

Ask to speak with the kitchen staff, servers are nice, but not as knowledgeable. They'll offer salads and burgers w/o buns, and the nachos are GF too. Overall great atmosphere and accommodating staff.
