Their standard chips and tortillas are gluten free and in a separate fryer from anything that does have gluten. Very few items are actually with gluten. I asked for everything to be made without contamination and they said it’s usually separate anyway, but agreed easily to ensure! I would double check on sauces and everything, of course. To be safe my first trip, I tried the veggie tacos without sauce. I did not get sick at all after eating their chips, tortillas, rice, beans, and vegfies and would trust them moving forward. Can’t wait to go back!
