Called to ask since it was near our hotel for the evening. They had to go ask, but said several items could be made GF. When we got there, we started all over. Snagged a guy who looked like a manager, and he was pretty knowledgeable. Had the beef fajitas with corn tacos, waiter passed a note and verbally informed chef to do GF prep, clean pans instead of common grill and such. It was very tasty and so far so good.
Note, I had to watch my co-worker eat the chips, no dedicated fryer, so couldn’t trust them. Couldn’t trust anything deep fried. Wouldn’t trust them if full celiac, for me gluten is a bad clean out, but not ER level life threatening. Ask questions, offer suggestions, and it worked OK for me.
