Review of Evel Pie

This place RULES. The atmosphere is delightful for an authentic and cool pizza shop feel with a nice open bar, but most importantly, they were so incredibly careful preparing the gluten free pizza. I had about a half hour wait, so definitely plan to walk around a bit/chill after ordering, but I cannot emphasize enough how worth the wait was. That HAD to be the BEST gluten free deep dish pizza I've EVER had. They prepare their gluten free pizzas in a completely separate area to avoid risk of CC and they are very conscientious of how careful to be for celiac's disease. I will ABSOLUTELY come back here next time I'm in Vegas.
