Just ate here for the first time. The owners wife has celiac and always makes sure there's options available at his restaurants. Separate menu to cross reference what was safe and they'll pan fry items if they're supposed to be fried and you're sensitive with CC. There is a note it's not a dedicated kitchen (obviously) but I felt very comfortable the whole time. They even let me swap a side out because the chefs see worried they'd have to prepare it too close to some pastas. Great selection and great service.
