I took my family here because of the great reviews - didn't notice how old they were. No gluten free menu. No markings on menu (or so I was told by waitress, nothing was labeled either). When I politely asked if the waitress or another member of the staff could recommend a gluten free entree, the waitress virtually shouted at me, "No one here knows anything about gluten free!" At this point I didn't feel comfortable ordering food and ordered a side of rice for my meal. The waitress became upset that I didn't order my own entree. When I explained about my medical gluten issue, she tried telling me about their vegetarian items. When I politely tried to explain that gluten free and vegetarian aren't the same thing, she just couldn't understand.

We eat here often. The food is great and it is very celiac friendly.
I’m celiac. I love that they label so I don’t have to ask 5,000 questions like I do at other places. I have not gotten sick eating here.

The staff was very helpful and the food was plentiful and delicious. If I'm ever back in Moorhead I'd eat here again!

We eat the chicken tikka masala and chicken briyani a lot and love it.
Excellent Indian/Nepali restaurant. I've only been to the lunch buffet, which has many items that are labeled as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian/vegan, etc. Unfortunately I don't know if the kitchen is properly celiac-friendly or not, but I've never gotten sick here since I quit eating gluten and dairy because of celiac/intolerance. GF items include rice, vegetables, lentil chips, and many curries. I like their lentil curries and their chicken.
