Cross contamination is high here. I did let the staff know of gluten/wheat allergy. Got a kids protein style burger no dressing, no cheese, no seasoned salt to be safe. it was cut in half which makes me think the knife touched bread. Uh oh. My be ask for it not to be cut? Other than that, even being plain burger was great. Nervously waiting....
