yesterday, ordered carry-out from the Plymouth location. The website describes gluten safety in detail in their Health Awareness section, though the information about soy sauce seemed off. However, I placed my order online with notes requesting the preparation be gluten-free. I received a phone call from one of the staff offering me alternatives to my selection because the items I chose were prepared with soy sauce. The staff person said the soy sauce contained gluten, whereas the website indicated it would be safe for people with "mild celiac disease" (which I'm quite sure isn't a thing...)
The staff were very gracious and made every effort to both keep me safe and accommodate my request. The substitutions they suggested (Deluxe rice noodles and Hunan chicken with a white sauce) were very tasty.
I have celiac disease (not a *mild* version. Ha.) and did not get sick from my meal. honestly, the Deluxe Rice Noodles were delicious. Sort of like fried rice, but with noodles, veggies, egg, beef, chicken and shrimp.
