EEIC offers g-free cupcakes, macaroons, cookies, and cakes in addition to Paleo items and standard wheat flour treats and cakes. The gluten-free cupcakes and macaroons are the best I've ever had. And, EEIC has a variety of favors that are constantly changing. They love suggestions of flavor ideas. Well worth the trip.
