Express Pizza

They used to make a good gluten free pizza. Unfortunately, they changed their method and started cooking the gluten free pizza in a tin tray. The pizza was terrible. Raw on the bottom and dried out around the edges. Horrible combination. I threw it in the trash after one slice. Inedible!

I sent an email to the owners about the change in the process they were using and how awful the pizza is now but never received a response. Such a shame.
