Dedicated fryer, GF hollandaise, GF bread. Waitress was knowledgeable. They can cook your stuff in a pan if you don’t want them to use the griddle. The menu doesn’t state what is gluten free but the waitress with help you with the menu. They tell you there is still risk as there’s a lot of bread around.

Yes they have a “designated” fryer and yes they have gluten free options but this place is not safe for anyone who is extremely intolerant or celiacs. I ate there , had confusion over what is and isn’t gluten (had to get my food re made), can’t blame the staff though not their job to be nutritionist. Long story short I was extremely sick and had to spend the rest of my day at home and missed work.
