I’m giving 5 stars because I thought the food was delicious after riding The Cog. I was tired and hungry and Fabyans is right there at the bottom. I’m sorry they don’t have gluten free buns, as their burgers looked awesome, but they only have gluten free bread, so I had a turkey sandwich.

Great place to eat! Definitely recommend eating here! Lots of options! Had lunch here and we started with the nachos, layered with cheese, peppers, tomatoes and onions, option of adding GF chili on top but we didn't. They use pre made corn chips so no worry about contamination through the fryer! I had the turkey sandwich on GF Udi's bread which was delicious, added cranberry sauce instead of mayo which made it even better! Got mashed potatoes for my side which were decent. Yes a little pricey but very reasonable for the area!

Staff was very accommodating, but they seemed thrown by gluten free and dairy free allegories I have. Everything is is heavy butter-based sauces.

Have eaten there twice without any reaction. Both times had the chili and the nachos.... Both very good! They don't have a separate menu but are accommodating. They are very overpriced there though..... The four stars is for not being glutened!.... Not for value. It is a touristy place, but also convenient if you are snowmobiling or skiing nearby.

Awesome wait staff, was able to get seated within 15 minutes but we chose to sit in the lounge because we were hungry. I was able to get my sandwich on gluten free bread, clearly udis but it was still good! I would definitely recommend this place!
