The garden is fantastic, cool and smells great. Food is cooked so plan your time accordingly, it’s not fast food.

Amazing food! Had the pulled pork on gluten free bun and side garden salad. Our server Amy was wonderful and so knowledgeable about gluten free. Loved the food and atmosphere. Definitely going to go back!!

Great food! We ate inside and it was very nice. They knew about gluten free and what I could have. I went with the grouper with a lemon butter sauce and it was delicious! I thought it had a breading on it, so double checked with staff and it did not, just the way it cooks up and it was so good. Definitely recommend and Definitely would go back. I guess you are supposed to make a reservation, we did not, but it was early in the day so not super busy, at night you might need one.

The food was excellent. They brought out my food separately and substituted vegetables for the nana bread with the home made hummus. I will be back.

Whenever we are down in Sebring, we dine at the Faded Bistro several times during our stay. They have some really good gluten free options, and one of the chefs is knowledgeable of celiac. I always get the charcuterie board and Greek salad. They have an amazing wine and cocktail list and the outdoor seating is adorable. Highly recommend!
