Everything is marked gluten free. They are very aware about cross contamination. They also have gluten free bread that they make in the back. The food was very good. I’ll definitely be back.

Have gone to the Fatis in Katy before, super happy that they had a gluten free pita bread. At this Fatis in Meyerland I asked the employee for a gluten free Pita. He handed me what he thought was a gluten free pita, but it was actually a WHOLE WHEAT pita! Would have finished the whole thing without noticing if my dad wouldn’t have asked again. My celiac disease is mild so the little bite did not really harm me. Fatis has lots of gluten free options, so that is why I was surprised with the misconception.

Great resturant. Ali, one of the owners, knows I’m gluten free and is always helpful. fFood is clearly label GF. The selection of GF foods is large. Prices are low as well

Sooo glad to have discovered this restaurant! Everything marked gluten free & dairy free. Tons of options, especially vegetables and salads for me as a plant-based eater. Cauliflower was exceptional, everything delicious.

Food is excellent! Several gluten free options. Not sure if they have dedicated gluten free space, but have had no issues.

This is an authentic, high quality Mediterranean cafeteria. Every single item is labeled for gluten, dairy and nut allergies. Almost everything but breads and deserts are gluten free. The food is as good as a fancy sit down restaurant but it’s a cafeteria line where you choose as you go. Hummus, salads, grilled meats, stuffed eggplant. I’ve eaten here many times and have never had any issues at all and I have Celiac. I only wish I had found this place sooner. It’s also a great place to go for a meal when you are short on time. So many choices for all diets.
