Review of Fairmont Copley Plaza

Stayed here for two nights. Amazing food! Had gluten free blueberry pancakes. Best pancakes I’ve had in 10 years. Breakfast day prior was eggs, bacon, and gluten-free toast.

Dinner was chicken with vegetables and that may sound boring but it was divine!

They cater to any allergens. Very pricy but it’s safe and beautiful atmosphere.
