It's vegan. It's 100% gluten free. Meaning it's celiac friendly. How awesome! The only thing more awesome would be if it if a storefront and indoor seating in the Texas heat. Can't have it all, I guess. It's not open 24 hours, but they have an app and are usually at the Conroe Farmer's market. Wry grin...

Falacos is a completely gluten free and vegan food truck! Falafel in tacos, 7 different variations, each with its own custom hummus, 2 falafel balls fried in peanut oil and unique sauces and toppings - so filling and DELICIOUS! Falacos also has lots of other yummy sides, juices, smoothie and dessert. Yall gotta see this big green beauty!

Had this for the first time yesterday. Delicious!! I had the OG, and all the flavors just worked so well together. No worries with cross contamination either. Happy to have another option around!
