Met with the owners tonight and they do NOT have gluten free buns, breads or fryers. They said some people eat their fried wings that are cooked in canola oil but they do not advertise or provide GF options.
No GF options besides salad
The owners were surprised to hear they were on the GF Free app because they don’t do gluten free. Sweet couple though, if you aren’t GF go visit them.

I'm a huge wing fan and I wasn't super impressed with these. BUT I was stoked to have a dive bar type place to grab a quick bite to eat with my hubs on vacay! The owners are so nice and although they didn't know particular ingredients they checked packaging and gave me brand names so I could look up! I had wings and fries with no reaction!! FYI-Byron and Audrey did tell us they are looking to sell their place and retire so ask when visiting to be sure gf is still offered.....
One of our favorite local joint. Family friendly. The owners are great with kids and are always welcoming. I always have the lemon pepper wings and fries. Never disappointed.
They recently started offering chicken tenders, which are made in the French fry fryer. If you ask, Audrey will make your fries in the wing fryer so they’re still GF.
The wings were amazing!!!! I have been diagnosed celiac for over 6 years now and this is the first time I have been able to eat wings at a restaurant without getting sick. Byron is so sweet (the owner), he said I cant 100% guarantee its gluten free but i can say all the people some of my friends included who are celiac dont get sick. I will definitely make this a frequent stop when I'm in the area!

Great food great people dedicated fryer and they understand cross-contamination not a big selection I recommend a hamburger with no bun and french fries they’re wonderful
Incredible little place with burgers, fries, wings gluten-free! Owners, Byron and Audrey, very knowledgeable and careful about providing gluten-free options and avoiding cross-contamination. Tuesday is taco-night...NO gluten in their seasoning! Wednesday is wing night. Wings with bone-in are gluten-free. The boneless ARE covered in flour but they are very careful to not get flour near the regular wings.
