We live in Niwot and have two kids with celiac disease. While we all enjoy Fans and their willingness to accommodate our gf needs, we all claim their general Taos chicken is done of the best (it’s our boys favorite!). We live their mu shu dishes snd eggplant!!

Frozen and deep fried junk, the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten.

90% of the regular menu can be prepared gluten-free at no extra charge, which means you can pick almost anything you want! They have all kinds of choices: vegetarian, pork, chicken, duck, beef, shrimp, scallops, fish, and even rice noodles!
