Fantastic Fudge

Nice place, great place to stop after dinner for GF fudge.

A cute little shop on Centre Street. We asked about the fudge and they were very knowledgeable. They said that the fudge was all made on the same table, but they do clean it each time between each flavor. There was a cookies n cream one, or something like that, but they do clean between each flavor, but obviously can't guarantee about cross-contamination. I decided to go ahead and get some fudge with walnuts. It was really good and I had no problems.

Went in to order an ice cream for my non-celiac child and the young employees were friendly and helpful. I was hopeful based on the one other review here that I might be able to get a scoop of ice cream, so asked if there were any gluten free options for someone with a “severe gluten allergy”since that terminology is sometimes better understood than “celiac disease”. The employee seemed unsure and said that she didn’t think so. I hate to give a low rating because they were very friendly and my non-celiac kiddo enjoyed the ice cream; just be aware that YMMV in terms of knowledge about allergens and cross-contact risks with scoops, etc.
