The staff were unaware of gluten or celiac and were unwilling to ask the kitchen or anyone else about what could be made gluten free or about cross contamination. I specifically used gluten free buns or fryer cross contamination as an example and while I was told he would not ask that they might have gf buns (the menu was not marked in any way). I ended up ordering a salad and they did list an item titled “gluten free chocolate torte” that I had.
