GF items were not marked on the menu so I had to ask a lot of questions, which usually isn't a problem, but the server and the business group I was with made it a little awkward, which ruined the experience for me. A manager came over and offered to answer any questions. He went into detail on a lot of dishes but ultimately recommended the glazed salmon (with mashed potatoes and green beans) as safest, which is what I ordered. It was actually really good! (Better than the salmon with mashed potatoes and green beans at the restaurant we went to the next night). I haven't noticed any symptoms.

The menu is not labeled GF. You will need to read and know what you can order. I didn’t ask if they had a separate menu. Most appetizers were not gf. I had the grilled cedar plant salmon. It came with mashed potatoes and green beans. I felt the green beans could be cooked more for my likely. Otherwise- I informed the waitress. Delicious meal; wonderful outside seating and the bar drinks were flavorful too.

I had the delicious scallops with butternut risotto. The waiter was friendly and gave me about 10 options that were safe for a gf person. She checked with the kitchen to make sure the dish was safe for me. I enjoyed the dish and had no bad reaction. Although it took about 10 minutes for our waiter to approach our table, service after that was very timely. It was a beautiful night to eat outside, but with the airplane noise it was a bit difficult to talk.

waitress told me outright that I shouldn’t eat here if I’m concerned about cross contamination, with very obviously no sympathy or feigned effort. really disappointing, celiacs miss this place altogether

Let’s cut to the chase: if you’re celiac, they don’t want you eating there. If you’re allergic to wheat, they would also prefer you eat somewhere else.
Upon being seated, and asking what was gf, the manager was swiftly sent to my table, and in a flashback to 2010, I was given a whirlwind of legalese protection type language that was designed to confuse me right out of the building.
I had to stay for an employee who needed to eat, and decided to take a gamble on a very basic garden salad, and asked them to wipe the grill before cooking my chicken. The food looked very safe, and I didn’t get sick, but I did not FEEL safe.
This place used to be good for allergies, but they don’t feel safe with us anymore. I would just skip it and go somewhere else in Georgetown.

The staff was nice & willing to work with us, however there are very few gluten free options at all.

Would not trust for gluten free. No gf menu. Wait staff said things like salmon and salad is ok. Margarita was good so I’m giving 1 star. We had the cauliflower hummus at the bar w veggies. No side affect. Would go no further.
Not gluten friendly. Unwilling to make simple substitutions like corn tortillas instead of bread for dipping. Left with very little options.

I get sick every time I eat here...

Althoughl they were knowledgeable and seemed careful, very few gluten free options. Disappointing.

They were fantastic... I don't feel sick at all, they had several fantastic options (I had the salmon with succotash and little potatoes soooo good), plenty of drink choices, and were super helpful. After clarifying that I have celiac, the waiter was very well informed. He helped me make a drink selection and then went over all of the gluten free options on the menu. They don't have a separate GF menu, but they have many options and are well trained!

Awesome. Don't let the lack of a dedicated gf menu scare you off! Our server, Will, was very knowledgable about food allergies and helped us find menu options. The food was delicious! Best dining experience in ages!!

They did not have a gluten free menu, I had to rely on the waiter to guide me. He had to go back and check with kitchen on multiple things. Lots of hidden gluten in things that could easily have been made without it. Coincidentally I got sick that night. Who knows if it's related, but I did not feel they were gluten free friendly enough for being so progressive as far as sustainable, etc.

Not a separate menu, but good options. Fresh, fresh , fresh & well prepared! Fantastic service. Ask for Shawn.
Gluten friendly but they don't have a separate menu.
