You can order some basic items like eggs, sausage and salad, but they don't really have much of anything else. They can make food so it is somewhat safe if you talk with your wait staff; they do their best.

There’s not a lot on the menu for a celiac person, but what they do have is absolutely delicious.
The waiter took my concerns very seriously, seemed to know about gluten issues, and did not hesitate to go ask the kitchen if he didn’t know something.
Prior to diagnosis, my favorite thing were the potato casseroles, and I was delighted to see I could still get them. I swapped grilled chicken for chicken tenders, but didn’t have to change anything else about my order, besides making sure the muffin was on a separate plate and immediately handing it to my mom.
Walking past all the amazing desserts and bread I can’t have was hard, but I was so excited that the waiter was so nice, and they still had food that was safe for me.
