Called ahead and talked to the extremely knowledgable manager. He was enthusiastic about finding me something to eat. If you're only gluten free, there is plenty on the menu, marked with an asterisk. They even have Mariposa buns for burgers. I have many more intolerances and they were very accommodating, cooking my steak simply in a pan, with a mixed green salad on the side. They did a great job balancing a thorough talk with me to assure we were on the same page while also not stressing me out. Great prices and great atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back!!
