Although they didn't have a gluten free menu, the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. She asked me if I had Celiacs or just avoided gluten. She told me that all of their burgers were made without bread crumbs ( though the veggie burger that I was going to order did have bread crumbs). She told me they did not have a dedicated fryer and suggested all of their sides that were gluten free. She told me the chef would clean the section of the grill where my chicken would be prepared and use clean gloves and utensils. All in all it was a great experience and I didn't have to eat grass clippings ( another salad!) with my family!
