I was super worried to eat here because there is glutenous flour everywhere. But they did super thoroughly clean the kitchen, oven, use fresh ingredients, and prep in another area. I believe the GF dough is premade or frozen which helps. I talked to them extensively about being celiac and made sure I talked to someone who knew their stuff. I'm a sensitive celiac and did not get sick or react. I had a Hawaiian pizza. I would say there is definitely some risk eating here but they take a lot of steps to try to make it safe if you talk to them.
