They were upfront about cross contamination in the fryer which I appreciate. They were willing to make gluten free flat bread to go with the ceviche since the chips are a no go. After talking to them about the pizza, it’s shared oven but they were willing to cook it on a pan instead of putting directly on the shared surface. However, I ordered the Sow Sweet pizza and they removed almost everything it comes with to make it gluten free, no olive oil, no mozzarella, no goat cheese at all. Each pizza slice had one piece of prosciutto, one slice of green apple, and one scoop of fig preserves, that was it. They didn’t warn me of how much they were taking off or I would have just ordered a salad. Definitely not worth it. You can go there in a pinch but it’s not a gluten free destination by any means.
