Owners were very responsive and helpful. When we said we needed grain free, they said the rolls/bread is made completely grain/gluten-free with yucca flour only. Gluten-free often contains corn products which are allergenic for us, so grain-free is even better than gluten-free.

The roasted meats are grain-free and gluten-free, other than potentially the sausage (which might have corn products).
