I did not have a good experience here at all, unfortunately. Our server did not know what gluten was, a manager came to speak to me and showed me what she said were gluten free things on the menu, they were not gluten free at all. She insisted that cous cous is gluten free. I asked if I could just order a steak without their seasoning, and I’d just use salt and pepper at the table. She said no, beef has gluten in it. She also said salads were not an option..? Salad they make their salads with gluten. She really just didn’t know. I ordered one of the items she said was gluten free, with steamed veggies on the side. I did get sick.

I like supporting local restaurants. I’ve eaten here many times and had good experiences. I usually order the grilled Red Snapper. They have delivered it to me several times on a bed of couscous which is not even mentioned on the menu. I don’t know if they prepared it again from scratch GF or if they scraped it off of the plate and re served it . They DO not have their menu marked GF and most of their servers don’t know Gluten from Dairy? Be careful here.

When I was sat down by the host I asked about gluten free items and said that the server would be more than happy to accommodate to my gluten allergy. Server was not very knowledgeable on gluten free items on the menu. She recommended the salmon since it said it was just seasonings and your choice of sides, however, it came out on a bed of cous cous which of course is not gluten free (cous cous was not labeled on the menu) and then the server joked “that’s my bad I totally forgot to let the kitchen know” but then didn’t offer to get me a serving that hadn’t touched the cous cous so I tried my best to eat around it. Like ma’am I have an allergy and will get sick so I didn’t feel like my gluten free needs were met. I’ve eaten here before with no issues with the steak but wanted to eat something else. Just triple check with your server and ask them to let the kitchen know. My server did not do so. I would eat here again because the food is normally great, I will just have to stress a ridiculous amount about my allergy that way it will be taken seriously.

Manager very knowledgeable staff and he very concerned to assure I was taken care of appropriately
Our waitress was very knowledgeable and happy to accommodate. I have celiac and didn’t get sick! They prepared my gluten free and dairy free meal separately from other food. I plan to go again!
