Federal American Grill

I planned a company dinner here and had made known that we had a vegan and a gluten/dairy allergy in the group. I identified myself at the outset as the GF/DF person and was told I would be accommodated. I had the grilled salmon and some vegetables- broccoli and a mix of cauliflower, zucchini and summer squash. There was a fusilli noodle (gluten!) in the middle of my veggies. I didn’t notice it upon initial inspection because it blended with the cauliflower.

I had to leave the dinner early due to illness. Embarrassing! Will not go back.
