The food was good but I don’t know if I would trust the pasta. I had a salad and it was good and i didn’t get sick.

I've had both the gf pizza and pasta multiple times. They are tasty and I never got sick
Yes
Have only felt comfortable/confident in ordering salad, wouldn’t take a chance on anything else, my family loves the non gf food
Got very sick from the gluten free pizza
No
Horrible service. Waitress messed up order 2x. Both times it was because she ran from the table, without listening to order. No refills on drinks. Had to wait for check. Place was empty too—maybe other customers had a similar experience?
I’ve been eating here for years now! Before I was celiac & now when I am. SOME of the servers take the allergy very serious others not so much. I always get a gluten free pie, and the server makes sure they put it on a tray in the over to prevent cross contamination. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience where I felt so sick even before we left the dinner table. That night I ordered the penne vodka gluten free & the pizza not sure what went wrong but something for sure.
Federici's has GF pizza on the menu along with a warning of potential cross contamination if GF pizza was ordered. I ordered GF pasta (with a $2 up charge) and checked about the sauce being GF. The waitress had to check about the sauce because she doesn't know what gets accidentally added to sauces during the cooking process in a busy kitchen. I ordered a sauce identified as GF and added mushrooms to my pasta (another $2 up-charge) paying $17.95 for the pasta. Once home, I was quite sick. I recommend avoiding this restaurant.
gluten free pizza is cross contaminated. brought my Nima sensor and it says low gluten
No
Based on reviews went there after day on beach. The staff and menu are very clear that pizza is NOT contamination free. Only option for Celiac is pasta though I don't know if sauce is safe (daughter went with butter). Very nice staff, non gf meals were good.
They have no "gluten free" menu. The only things that are GF are pizza and one kind of pasta (and the menu has the usual "cross contamination" disclaimer in it). My server tried very hard, but was obviously not "in the know".

Good salads. Lemon oil dressing delicious and lite. GF pizza best I've had at the shore. Waitress Heather was great!
