Federico's Pizzeria & Restaurant

They offer a gluten free pizza crust but they prepare it in the same pizza oven as the rest of their pizza they use the same board to remove it and the same cutter. They know nothing about Celiac or cross contamination.

Best gluten free pizza we've had in Jersey!!

The best, as close to “normal” pizza that i can find!!! Their chopped antipasto salad is great also

My family and I have been eating at Federico's every weekend for the past three summers. I've never gotten sick and find their gluten free pizza delicious! They offer gluten free pasta dishes and are aware of the sensitivity of a gluten allergy.

I order the pizza and pasta here every weekend and have it delivered. Never had a problem. Not sure what the others are talking about but it's my favorite place to order from in Belmar especially when my friends are all eating pizza and I can't eat with them!

I was reading previous reviews about this place and I just have to say I had the opposite experience. I have celiac and the staff was more than willing to accommodate to my needs and were very friendly. The gluten free pizza was delicious! It's also a BYOB place so be sure to stop by Hanley's for some wine!

Don't eat here! They put regular flour on the pizza peel and in the same oven..the owner told me to go home and eat!

This place should not be on this website, even though it's not on the menu they do offer a gf pizza but they must not know how to prepare it correctly to make it safe becauSe my son ate it yesterday and he got sick. A party of 8 no one liked the food, we got soup, regular pizza, and gf pizza. I would not eat here. I spoke to the owner and he seemed to know what he was talking about but it's not worth it!

Has the gluten free pizza. Four days later I am still sick. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

gf pizza and pasta. one of the owners brothers has celiac. the only issue I've had is that the people answering the phone don't always know their gluten free offerings. ask to speak to the owners to be safe.
