Perfect Pancakes!

The previous reviews were spot on. The large, fluffy and moist GF pancakes were amazing!!!! I didn’t ask about separate space or protocols.

They do charge a $2 up charge on gluten free bread or pancakes, but the prices listed for food are far below what we are seeing at other restaurants. And the portions are great- we took a to go box!

Based on the other reviews my husband (no allergy) and I (gluten allergy) felt comfortable stopping for breakfast. No GF menu, but the waitress seemed to not be surprised by my request/notation regarding allergy. Preferred eggs, hash browns and sausage patties. The food was tasty and hot. Had to try the GF pancake because of another person's review. I'm NOT a pancake fan, but this pancake wasn't dry, it absolutely melted in my mouth - and it HAD FLAVOR! Highly recommend this restaurant! I'll post later if I notice any reaction. (If no follow up post, no reaction.)

They make the gf pancakes so fluffy and amazing and they use separate utensils and pan! They have a separate toaster for bread and use separate butter and knife. I've never had a problem with the bacon or sausage patties either.

best restaurant in Jordan for breakfast or lunch. now have gluten free bread and toast. no upcharge. in 20+ visits, never have gotten sick. owners are very good restaurant operators. we drive from victoria 15.miles away to have breakfast here.
