Staff was excellent about celiac safety (change gloves, separate pasta water) lots of options and food was great!

Delicious! So many amazing pasta options on the menu. The manager assured me they use separate water for GF pasta and take every step to avoid cross contact. Although they told me they can’t 100% guarantee safety, I felt they were making every effort and I didn’t get sick.

Been here many times and never gotten sick. All of their pasta can be made GF. I prefer their fish actually and always get the branzino which is simply baked. Wait staff and chef are aware of gluten intolerances. They also have an amazing GF dessert— chocolate cake made with almond flour and vanilla gelato.
