I’m so happy my wife found this place. They are so knowledgeable about gluten which is so amazingly refreshing. When I initially told her that I was gluten free, she said most of the menu was gluten free except for a few things that could be modified to be gluten free. Banh mi can be made without bread, which is cool too. Although the baguette generally makes that sandwich, it’s good to have the option. I feel at home here and confident that I won’t get glutened. The food is amazing and is now my new favorite place. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks so much, fellow traveler!
