I am giving it a low review simply because it serves corn and flour tortilla chips, housemade, fried all together, thus making it impossible for a celiac to have any. Many of the items were marinated. I asked about what the chicken was marinated in for the fajitas. She didn’t know but figured it was “probably okay.” But then said she would indicate gluten free on the order.I did test the chicken with a NIMA gluten sensor and it said no gluten was found. So I did enjoy the fajitas. That being said, I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here as a celiac sufferer.
