They seem knowledgeable about gluten. I was told that all of the meats are fine, but only two sauces are GF: spicy mustard and spicy bbq. I’m a little skeptical of the latter because it’s the thickest.

Good BBQ joint. I had brisket with spicy bbq sauce. People seemed knowledgeable about cross-contamination and were able to recommend sauces and options. Would recommend.
