I had a nice apricot chicken tagine and creme brulee (when they do the fun display of branding it tableside, you can ask them to do it more quickly than they normally do and then it will turn out carmelized instead of actually burnt). My non-GF husband liked his steak and LIVED his chocolate cake! They also said the french fryer only does chickpeas, too, so you can have fries if you like.

First of all, he food here is incredible! I think that about half of the menu is available GF. I'm not sure how their kitchen avoids cross-contamination, but I felt fine after. The server was great about telling me what was safe to order. We got the Taste of Morocco (dips that come with pita bread), and the waiter brought me a generous plate of veggies for dipping. I was in the mood for chicken, even though it wasn't one of the dishes the waiter highlighted. OMG - it was the most delicious chicken I think I've ever had! Now I really want to try his recommendations (e.g. paella, which is completely safe). Hopefully someone will share with me so I can get the chicken again too!

Ate here a second time - also felt great after.

My husband and I attended one of their intimate tasting event and have solidified our return in the future. The food was nothing short of amazing and the staff were so kind and warm to all of the diners in attendance. My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease almost two years ago and we are always incredibly leery of where we eat and how our requests are received by restaurant staff. While I made sure to specify his dietary restrictions in our reservation, no one batted an eye when I reiterated it again on arrival. In fact, the chef made it a point to share that a family member of his also has celiac. His passion for food and his diners was truly reflected in our meal, and the kindness of the staff made what typically seems to be a burdening request to be the most minor adjustment. We will be back and highly recommend Fhima's!
