Highly recommend this place! Staff were super knowledgeable about GF and celiac. Dedicated fryer, dedicated milkshake mixer! Great food!

UPDATE: I loved this place so much, I had to go back and do a dine-in visit! They were great once again. I wanted to double check the milkshakes were gf (no malt or thickeners) and the cashier wasn't entirely sure, so she got out an ingredients list for the custard base for me to check myself. Burger was once again delicious. Yay, "junk food" I can really eat! My husband (not gf) loved the spicy chicken burger.

I got online delivery, so I'm unsure about the restaurant itself, but the food was lovely and it seems they took my "celiac, please be extra careful!" note seriously. I am not having any notable symptoms next day, so I'd consider that a win :) The burger was delicious, very messy so be prepared with lots of napkins, or silverware. The fries were fine, I'm sure being transported in the car took a slight toll on them. The gluten free bun was great, it had a sort of biscuit texture and wasn't dry or terribly crumbly. I do wish the packaging had been a bit more secure, the delivery bag wasn't taped shut or anything which had me a little worried but it seemed alright. Overall, much recommended! I missed being able to have a real cheeseburger so much!

Very clear and well-understood kitchen protocols for celiac. Happy to see “CELIAC!” on receipt. :) Dedicated GF fryer, shake also GF. GF bun was a little oily & messy but you can’t win them all. Will definitely go again!

Whenever I visit Bellingham I go here. Just tell the cashier you are Celiac, they talk directly to Chef and they will change gloves and seem to be very knowledgeable of Celiac. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and the sweet potato fries are my fav!! I get my burger lettuce wrapped. They do have GF buns but I have never trusted a GF bun that it hasn’t been mixed up so I always do lettuce wrap.

They have a dedicated GF fryer for the fries! Gravy for the poutine is not GF :( The GF bun is very oily. Overall pretty good and glad they have GF options

We have 3 celiacs is our family and all of us were pleasantly surprised by the options and care! They have a separate fryer for the fries and gf buns. And the fries are like fast food fries which were such a treat and nostalgic since it’s been so many years since fast food has been an option

Was grateful for the celiac label on our order for both burger and fries. Felt like we were taken care of and safe despite the busyness of the restaurant. My 6 yo celiac LOVED his burger!!

The burgers and fries were great. The staff are knowledgeable about celiac and made sure that my fries were made in a dedicated fryer and that the grill was cleaned before my burger was made. They have gluten free buns that were some of the better ones I’ve had. Really great experience overall.

I ordered the Mushroom swiss without swiss and added bacon, Burger in a Bowel with sweet potato fries on the side. They did great on my order (with my gluten and dairy allergys). However on my Dad's order (All-Amarican Burger no cheese with fries as a side) they still put cheese on his burger and neglected to label GF or non GF on are to go box. To distinguish between are food and the friend with use. But it's mostly safe with their dedicated fries and space but I would not take the risk again. With the employees.

Celiac friendly?

No

They have gluten free buns and will fry fries in a dedicated fryer if you ask. They also have a master list at the counter to look at every single ingredient in every single item (sauces, fried potatoes, etc.).

Good burger, with GF bun. Dedicated fries frier if you ask. Next time might ask where they toast the GF bun.

We are here in June 2018 and they totally have GF buns. The rhubarb hibiscus lemonade is tremendous. Very friendly and fast.

Fiamma does NOT have GF buns. According to their waitress they have no intention of getting them back either.

The buns are very delicious
