Had the best gluten free crust pizza in my life. I needed asked my waitress if it was actually gluten free it was so soft a chewy. So far I have no symptoms or reactions to eating the pizza. Will definitely be going again!

I told my waitress when I was seated that I had a gluten allergy and needed gluten free. The menu showed what could be made gluten free and what couldn't. I ordered gluten free brushetta, gluten free Detroit sicili pizza, and gluten free brownie with Gelato. (Sorry I may have just spelled these wrong.) I reminded her to tell the kitchen I have a gluten allergy. Obviously something, if not all, had gluten, as I'm now horribly sick. $100 wasted.

This is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had, gluten-free or not. I am amazed at how good the dough tasted and there were so many flavors, that I can’t wait to go back. We had the burrata appetizer too, which was fantastic and came with great gluten free crostini. I was also amazed that the menu is labeled with things that cannot be made gluten-free rather than things that can be. Such a treat!!

My girlfriend and I had visited on Saturday night and ordered the limoncello wings, a GF pizza, and a GF brownie with gelato on top. It’s hard to pinpoint what happened, but I was deathly ill only a few hours later. I clearly had been glutened. Be cautious….. it obviously isn’t entirely safe and what I’m experiencing is more than just cross-contam. It’s now Monday and the celiac flare-up I’m having is making me feel awful. This is the only meal I’ve had that hasn’t been home cooked in over a month

I notified my server that I have a gluten allergy and she promised all would be safe. I ordered a simple salad with grilled chicken and ended up in full body hives within twenty minutes. They have great gluten free options, but I’d say it isn’t really safe for those with true allergies or celiac.

SO F***ING GOOD!! That’s really all i have to say…The Fresh AF pizza was literally the best pizza i’ve ever had, no exaggeration. Londyn our server was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. So far neither my mom or I, who are both celiac, have had any reactions. GF brownie is to die for too. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

I am actually pretty disappointed. It’s clear others love this and I am so glad they did. I hadn’t been in years and definitely not since I found out I had celiac. Something ended up having gluten, however, and I got sick. Not nearly as sick as I have been, so it may have just been cross contamination rather than actually being a gluten item, but I definitely consumed gluten somehow. Really unfortunate given how much I used to love this restaurant. Food was good and it’s still a great place. I had the salmon past dish (forgot the precise name) made gluten free which was on their gluten free menu as well as bruschetta made gluten free, also on their gf menu.

All the review claims are true... so far my best experience eating in a restaurant post my celiac detection.. the server knew what celiac was and what are the requirements.. they have dedicated kitchen space and accessories for gluten free food.. their gluten free bread and pizzas are unbelievably awesome!!! Fantastic gluten free pizza. I called in advance to make sure that I would be safe because I have Celiac and my son is gluten intolerant. They were awesome. Answered every question and assured me we would be safe. Dinner was amazing and I did not get sick. We will definitely be back often!!

This place was amazing. First time I had non frozen pizza in about 10 months. I called and the manager said they do not fire in separate oven, but the waitress said they do 🤔 Overall delicious

The GF pizza is amazing. Waiter assured me that GF pizzas are fired in a separate part of the oven from all other pizzas and was very knowledgeable about GF toppings and other options.

I have never been so sick in my entire life. Spent the whole way home throwing up as well as the next few hours after. I saw on this they have a separate area they do everything as well as safe when baking yet I heard from someone else though they just put it not on a pan or anything when they wood fire it. Never again.

I told the waitress I have celiac disease. When she brought the pizza, she said they washed everything so I was safe. In addition, I have a Nima tester, and both pizzas were tested and both were safe.

The crust was a scientific masterpiece that I could not recreate at home. I got the fiamme pizza; it's missing sweetness. I asked for balsamic vinegar and it fixed the bitterness of the tomato and arugula. The pricing was definitely not one $, it was more like $$$ because my pizza was 18 dollars because of the $2 charge for GF. I recommend it though.

My son has celiac and this is his absolute favorite pizza in Naperville. They understand that everything has to be separate, gloves changed. I will. Or write a review often as it's truly hard to find a place like this that goes the extra mile. For the rest of our non gluten free family we love love their appetizers and pizza as well so we can all eat together👍🏻

Excellent gf pizza!! Salad was delicious. I love the pepper infused oil to dip the pizza in. I've never heard of that. Great as leftovers, too. Great service. I wish we had one in CO.

Had the prosciutto wrapped shrimp and fiamme pizza. Both tasted great. Not sure what their handling procedures are so I didn't mark it as celiac friendly but I didn't get sick, so I'd say they did something right. Their menu says they can cook most anything gluten free, just talk to the waiter. (For reference the GF pizza looks different than the regular pizza; the GF pizza is flat and the regular pizza has a raised puffy crust.)
