Gluten free crust (cauliflower based) is offered. It is soft and tastes good. The menu has interesting toppings and a build you own pizza option. There is Daiya cheese available for dairy free and vegan folks. Box is marked gluten free if there are multiple orders. Staff wipe down counters, oven, and change gloves. They grab fresh toppings from the prepared ingredients and use new utensils, rather than the stuff on the bar. I would probably not go if they are busy, as I feel the risk for contamination would increase. I didn't get sick but those who are super sensitive might want to avoid. Pizza was good except they said the crust needs to cook longer. While I understand it, the crust was deeply browned on the edges but the bottom was fine. However, based on the cost, this was disappointing.
