I used to feel very safe here but recently experienced an employee sticking their (gloved) hand in the croutons and then proceeding to stick his hand in every other container when making a salad. I now ask for fresh & unused ingredients every time as I wouldn’t trust that there isn’t cross contamination otherwise. I spoke to the manager and she was very receptive.
