NO dedicated fryer as stated in description. Be VERY clear and insistent on the chef/kitchen being made aware of allergy or celiac disease. They don't give a high level of confidence..view it more as a fad diet than serious. Tacos, burgers and pizza with carrot sticks & apple slices are your options. apple was cut with same knife as garlic.

I'm not sure how they have ribs marked as gluten free since they are slow cooked in beer. I asked and it's not gluten free beer. the servers had no idea what gluten free meant and they kept trying to say certain things had no gluten when they clearly did. I left feeling very uncertain about the safety of our meal.

Gluten free options other items that can be converted to gluten free. Wow choices! The. Best ribs ever. It's a sports grill but the tv's are not blasting so you can talk. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable re gluten. Zero foggy brain the following day. We will definitely be going back. 5% of the bill can be donated to "play it forward."

So far I have enjoyed the ribs, chicken and fries. So happy to have a great restaurant with so many gluten free options.
