Many items are labeled gluten free that are not, without modifications. It was hard to find a server that understood my needs as a celiac, was told chips are gf even after they said they are fried in shared fryer. Eat at your own risk

The food was really good! The menu is marked with gluten free items so I wanted to chat with my waiter before ordering. He told me there was no procedures and they just used corn tortillas for gf. I decided to go chat with a manager and this amazing lady (not the manager but should have been) helped me put in an order with all the precautions a sensitive celiac needed. It seemed my waiter was new and unaware of all the kitchen protocols. I ordered the Pollo Loco, and the manager brought out my meal. I didn’t get sick and would go back. Only reason for four stars was because of the confusion with ordering.

This place was great! Crazy huge portions, lots of gluten free options. And it was super tasty. I have Celiac and felt fine after eating here. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.
