I’m a sensitive celiac and enjoyed a safe gluten free pasta dish. The restaurant was incredibly busy when I visited but I had no hesitation with their ability to prepare it safely. They change gloves, cook everything in a separate area, and immediately asked if anyone had allergies when we were seated. I had a Caesar salad (no croutons), pasta, and crème brûlée. The pasta was a little over cooked but it’s great to add another spot in the rotation.
