Filho's Great Road

I ordered from Filho' twice over the holidays. When I ordered, I was told they can make all their pastas (except raviolis) gluten free. Since I have celiac, I requested they boil my gf pasta separately although it seems they automatically do that for gf orders. Both times I ordered the linguine ala Nonna (with gf pasta instead of linguine) because it was delicious and portions were generous. When I reheated my leftovers the pasta didn't easily fall apart like many gf pastas do. I highly recommend if you are in the area and want Italian food.
